These things are seen and felt very sad about our corrupt system in our country, Even police department is also involved in this scam!!!.

Dont be afraid NOT ALL THE BUILDERS or DEVELOPERS ARE CHEATs
                                                      BUT
MANY OF THE BUILDER IN BANGALORE are CHEATS - FRAUDS.
In the name of Pre-launch  or 50% OFf on Flats they will give TV ads or Paper ads,
First and Foremost thing here is NEVER BELIEVE these points
1.TV ADS - it is just to make money
2.Paper ads - Never ever go by attractive offers
3.Paper inserts - Never go to read or get distracted.
and many other media where you will be easily fooled.
Mainly as a human we believe that what ever is "written" or any "TV ad" but keep in mind that all media including TV9, suvarna news, janashree, Public TV (except DD_1) can advertise anything and everything without any proper study, they never bother who is advertising, all these media what they want is News and Money.

Seeing those attractive offers we innocent people go there and fall in a well which is HELL.
Ok Now the story is about a Builder, whose advertisement and scrolling keep coming in all News Channels in kannad.
Mind it He is the Biggest Cheat, Fraud, Scammer in Bangalore.
Who has very good contacts, Including DC, Commissioner, and NOT the less He knows Rajyapala Hamsaraj Bharadwaj Also.

 INCIDENT: When a Customer came to book a flat in one part on bangalore, it was clearly told that it is pre- launch.

Customers came and gave advance of Rs 10,00000 that is TEN lacs, the Builder told them that it will be ready in another 8-10 months, work is started.

1.But will you believe after 2 years also there is not site is booked to build the apartment?

2.can u believe that he sold around 2000 Flats before buying the site itself?

3.Same number (flat number) he sold and given in papers to atleast minimum 50 people.!!!

4.actually if he could start the work he can build 200 flats - but he sold it to more than 2000 people!!!

Like this many Builders are there...

NOW the Interesting part

Customer came and fought with the developers and it went for 2-3 months no use, But finally customer went to MADIWALA Police station and thought of giving a complaint.

BUT scenario is completely different:

Inspector scared these 2 people husband and wife and said Dont shout at him, we will book a complaint against you!!!

these decent people came back with tears, INSPECTOR is so tricky and he uses this tricks in his first sitting with the customers

THE NEXT STAGE:

If the customers are Little brave and they take Media Name and all

The Inspectore will not let them to register the complaint, he will call that fraud Builder over his mobile, make some settlement, after paying 20 lacs in that 2 years customer will get 14-15 lacs that to after 90 days, that too it is not sure, again they have to run behind him for atleast 1 or 2 years to get back that amount.

The Correct Monthly Will goes to the Police inspector, nobody has the courage to ask this, media till now they are advertising this fraud builders ads, but Dont know they know it or not.
